Hi Davey!
Thanks so much for the cute card you sent me.  What a surprise
getting that in my mailbox when all I really expected was maybe
a utility bill!  It was really neat of you!
We had a lovely Easter.  It was also Tom's birthday so that
evening we went out to some friends' home.  They were out back
about a mile into what they call the "bottoms" as the river runs
through there, and they have a wooded area where they were busy
burning off some brush and old wood.  So there was a made-to-
order weenie roasting fire and we had hot dogs, toasted marsh-
mallows and had a great time.    They have two sons, ages 14
and 10, so we got to enjoy their antics as well.
Bernadette, my friend, and I love to talk crafts and such, and
we sit loads of times and work on our projects while the guys
talk and the kids romp.  Makes life interesting!  But that night
we watched the sunset while we ate, and just talked crafts.
Tom had birthday strawberry shortcake this past week so he's had
what he considers is better than a birthday cake!  And I didn't
have to get the icing bags and tips out, either.  They're fun to
use but a pain to wash so I was thankful!  
Thanks again for the neat card, Davey!  You sure are wonderful!
