I'm certain of it.  I also know of at least one instance where the
patient insisted on being put on chemo over the doctor's advice.  He
died about six weeks later, and they were six rather hellish weeks.  I
had never personally met the man, but his son is an acquaintence of
mine, and he told me the story one day.
