Check out Hulk 135 ,from january,1971,for a most EXCELLENT kang story,
that ranks as a hulk classic.VERY well written! The hulk gets chumped by
kang, to time travel back to 1917,to destroy a super gun, and if he
succeds,Banners grandfather will perish from that gun, resulting in no
hulk,& no avengers formed as well! This is the 2nd & last apperance of
Herb Trimpes WW1 hero, the phantom eagle, premered in marvel superheroes
#16, 1968.Amazing that such a story, could be fit into just ONE 19 page
story!
