yeah, i'm sure the developers feel the same too. i dont know how they put up 
with some of these guys.

and dovenet is pretty much setup, so a lot of these guys think they dont need 
to do a search through the docs for something; they just ask.

christ, some of these guys didnt understand why they would need to do 
portforwarding, nor did some of them realize they needed it!
