RB> CONNECT 28800/V34/NONE

I have such a call in my log, however it was just before David
Drummond connected to me. I actually thought it was him that
had failed to connect, but maybe he didn't have any problems.
Anyway, my end showed a CONNECT 28800 no EC, followed by streams
of x'91'. Other 28800 callers are connecting fine. Better
report the bug to USR, and I'll report the bug to Netcomm (already
have in fact). We'll see which one, if either, actually gets
something sensible out of our respective suppliers. BFN. Paul.
