This is W4 after UpdateCD.

When I drop a link on the desktop for AWGET to pick up, a white layer is 
created that covers the background.  When AWGET picks up the link there 
is then a link shaped hole in the white layer and the background shows 
thru.  If I drag a window over a section and drop it, and then drag it 
away, that much of the white is cleared.  If I maximize a window and 
then bring it back to normal, the entire white covering is cleared.

I have been using AWGET for a long time, but this action is new.

Does this make any sense?
