I found the page for the rotating light shield.  It was at the oregon star
party 2001.  It was from Mel Bartels walkabout.

Can anyone tell me how to make one?  Is Chuck Dethloff on the list?  I'm
trying to figure out how to make it rotate and yet still be light weight.
