I was afraid you might have Vista. I was hoping you got lucky. My wife
is a teacher at a new school with all new equipment. The computers are
Dell. The sticker says Vista, but the OS is EXP. I have seen reports
that MS is allowing vendors to back level.
I assume the DFSee listing you posted elsewhere is the W4 partition you
tried to copy. So it is installed as D.
How did you provide the space to copy the W4 partition to?
If you did a DFSee partition copy, my experience says you have all the
files. Boot Win and check. Post a DFSee Display > Partition overview.
If all is in order, I would like to see what Acronis would do with that
configuration. It has been great at booting W2K and OS/2 from extended
partitions. I don't know about Vista.
