I agree with all but #4... the size of the universe is unknown, and with all 
the planets out there, Man most likely ISN'T the only intelligent lifeform.

depends though, it took billions of years for life as a start to evolve into 
the complexity it is now. In another 10 billion years, if humans do not 
xist,
life is going to be very complex... and smart.
