   The only need is to have a comm program call Int 14 and hopefully a
PB program/tsr can pass the requests to the modem on another machine via
a Lantastic network.  The modem response would then be transfered back
accross the network to the comm program.
   Lantastic does have a program to do this in their PowerSuite, but it
is a little too expensive.  So I thought I would write my own in PB if
possible.
   I have looked at (breifly) at a program called Stopmer, but again is
a little too expensive.
