In our case, it is Aaron's decision to homeschool.  Last year I was all
prepared to homeschool him in kindergarten but he wanted to go to school
because he had seen his sister doing it.  Halfway through the schoolyear
when he started balking at going to school and telling me he didn't want
to go, I was happy... and made the decision then for him to stay home
the rest of the kindergarten year.  Now, this year, I nearly enrolled
him there again, but on the day I was going to do it he made it very, very
clear that he wanted homeschool instead.  I'm glad he did.  We are both
finding our lives very much enriched by this process.
