Not to mention the costs of retraining.  It's possible nowdays to upgrade 
stuff so 
often that you never do quite get the hang of it.
I'm about three versions behind on Microsoft Office Pro and still don't use 
99% of 
the features of 4.3 let alone need Office 97'.
