Radish may yet stuff up the approval of V.8bis if they don't become
reasonable about licensing their intellectual property rights and allowing
the ITU-T Study Group 14 to do its work in developing V-Series
Recommendations.

If V.8bis doesn't get timely approval, fax over V.34 and standardised
simultaneous voice/data modems will be held up also.
