Are you American?  ("rye whiskey"?  In Canada we just say
"rye" and we
KNOW it's "whiskey"!)

Just like in America they say "tunafish", while in Canada we say
"tuna"
and allow that the "fish" is implicit. . .

And "ice hockey"?  Just "hockey", people!  You won't
confuse people if
you omit a surface!
