Yes, sorry for the confusion. I have 2 problems going on and this one is
confined at the moment to computers without a USB floppy.

This is a PIII 500 Mhz, 128 MB RAM and has a HD of ~8 GB which 3GB is OS/2
on HPFS (and yes I have hpfs.ifs).
Since this computer is at work, I will probably abandon it for awhile and
try my PII 400 MHZ 128 RAM one at home. It has 160 GB HD which only 1 GB
is for OS/2. Both computers work fine booting "normally". It's
just from the installation/utility disks that there seems to be a problem.
