It might have just been a slow crime day, or his allergies might have
been acting up.  In any case the laws address such smoke as "emissions"
and frown mightily on them.  My last LUV truck, which I LOVED! smoked so
bad I had to sell it to a guy from Mexico. (Where they're not so
particular about particulates.)
Since I only gave fifty bucks for it and sold it for 200 I was not
exactly heartbroken, but I still don't got no TRUCK!  I could have used
that truck for the rest of my life if the REST of you guys would not
pollute so much.
Besides which, no one along our road had any mosquito problems while I
owned that truck!  Maybe you should get your neighbors to chip in on
your ticket?
