Hey Jame!

I am taking the liberty of cutting and pasting this from a netmail I got
from a kind and concerned Fido sysop. I didn't have this echo turned on
but now it is.

Maurice,

In case you still read this echo; I did receive that netmail from you
about that script. Hopefully, my replies have also reached you...

Sounds great! Did you get a chance to look at the one modification I sent?
I am planning a bunch of other modifications as I'd like to add your
script as a function of a XML-RPC sever in the works here. Quite a few of
your variables will need to be input from a client so that the end result
is a Fido compliant pkt ready and able for transfer to an uplink(s). I
thought that one alteration was an improvement over the typical call(s) to
localtime and produced exactly the right output wrt DateTime. That
tightens and speeds up the code, or at least here it did. Your mileage may
vary.

I'll be happy to post the alterations as they progress to this echo if you
prefer. I certainly don't mind. I like and use Perl so this can work from
my perspective.

Life is good,
Maurice
