Dear John
Thank you for your reply. I live in Australia and a phone call may be
prohibitive. However, if you could give me the address of that publisher,
I may be able to check them out.
Even though I am originally from Germany, "RS Prussia" does not ring
a bell. Your are obviously an admirer of fine china.
I got into collecting Noritake about 2 1/2 years ago, when I managed
to pick up a partial dinner set at a garage sale. Since then I have
discovered that they did not only make table ware. I find it extremely
exciting when I come across an unusual item and on turning it over,
I see the Noritake back stamp. I am particulary keen on Art Deco items.
Noritake appears to me as a collectable which is far more keenly priced
then its cousins Royal Doulton and Royal Albert etc. yet their appeal and
their quality don't lag much behind.
