Looks like you miss one or mor helpers.

Go on and install pm123 and/or mplayer. Both are coming with an DLL 
that should be inserted into the helper section of FF/SM settings to 
get them active.

is a good start to get informed about firefox and seamonkey under OS/2 
and eCS. I recommend to install Peters versions of TB/SM instead the 
standard ones because they are specially designed for eCS.
