I'd already tried that one - it seemed to improve connections a little
(24,000bps became 26,400bps), but the improvement was never consistent and
I could never force 28.8Kbps.
I've basically given up trying to connect at 28.8Kbps USRs. NetComms are
poping up all over the place, anyway. ;-)
