Title: Light and Easy Fruited Chocolate Mousse

Yield: 8 servings
1 pk frozen strawberries in syrup
1 pk gelatin
3/4 c boiling water
1/4 c HERSHEY'S Cocoa
1 c ice cubes
1/2 c frozen light dessert topping
1. In blender container, place gelatin; carefully pour in boiling
water. Cover; blend on low speed until gelatin is completely
dissolved.
2. Add cocoa; continue blending until smooth. Immediately add ice
cubes, blending until melted. Add reserved strawberries and light
whipped topping; continue blending, just until combined and smooth.
3. Immediately pour into dessert dishes; refrigerate until set,
about 4 hours.
