Felix,

You got me.  I forgot my disk this morning so I was trying to manually
create the partition table so as to post it.  Partition 02 is not 07, it is
0b and is assigned C: by DFSDOS.  Vista (P03) is not assigned a drive
letter in DFSDOS 
(because it's NTFS?).  So, question still remains, what does OS/2 when
booting think the drive letters are?
