  And in some countries as Long as you have PAID your Reciever TAX. Some
even have special vans snoping arround for the "Local Oscillator"
frequency so they can nail you for TAX EVASION.
 Of course here in the US we have that same thgin in some localities to
catch people Stealing Cable service.
