RRŽHi Guys,

RRŽA customer of mine bought a plug n play 28.8 Sportster a coupla months
Žago. After figuring out I had no jumpers to change, I installed it and
Žit worked. Now then he calls me and I went to check out the problem and
Žno matter what I do, when windows boots up I get a "can't find winmodem"
Žnote. And no comm programs can find the modem. Do you guys have a clue
  Žon this one?

Do the same thing we do at our shop...Don't sell winmodems...If it
ain't got a jumper we don't have it...That is for internal modems....
