The V.32bis Spirit II was made by Digicom Systems, and was a generic DSP
design which also incorporated the V.32terbo protocol and controller code
in EPROM.  Later Spirits (i.e. V.34 Viper) are based on the Rockwell
chipset, and these have never supported 19k2 V.32terbo.
