If you look at the source of the page containing the video and can find 
the link to the .flv file, you can download it using, for example, WGet. 
Then you can play it using ffplay or mplayer or, I would imagine, any 
other media player which uses ffmpeg as its playback engine. FLV files 
are media files using some kind of flash format, they are not html.

It's all a bit Heath Robinson, though.
