      3 tb Unsweetened cocoa powder
      2 tb Powdered sugar
      1 c  Heavy cream
      1 ts Vanilla extract

  Preparation Time: 0:10
  In a small bowl, whisk together cocoa and powdered sugar until well
  blended. Place cream in a medium bowl and whisk in cocoa and powdered
  sugar. Whisk in vanilla. With chilled beaters, beat cream with and
  electric mixer on high speed until stiff or desired consistency.
