Based on 1987, would not be 73 Mhz. Might be 450-950 or could
be 950-1450.

You might need to tweak the local oscillator to get that far below
450 Mhz.
You would need some kind of preamp between the antenna and
receiver since the receiver expects a fairly high level from
a block converter or LNB.
Also a satellite receiver has a very wide bandwidth (36 Mhz)
compared to Amateur TV (6 Mhz). It might work anyway if there
are no interfering signals or at least if the ATV signal is
the strongest signal in that 36 Mhz wide band. The video level
would be low (dark picture), but maybe you could compensate by
turning the contrast up. Let us know how it works out.
