2 ts Lightly crushed garlic
Cloves, peeled
1 tb Malt syrup or white sugar
3/4 ts Salt
2 3/4 c Bread flour
1 1/2 ts Active dry yeast

1 1/8 c Water
1/4 c Olive oil
2 ts Lightly crushed garlic
Cloves, peeled
2 tb Malt syrup or white sugar
1 1/4 ts Salt
3 1/3 c Bread flour
2 ts Active dry yeast

Garlic salt
If there were an indigenous Greek bagel, this would probably be the
choice. Garlic-flavored olive oil would be the crowning ingredient,
but any olive oil will yield excellent results. Sprinkle bagel tops
with garlic salt before baking.
