As far as the 45, you got a fair deal.  (The going rate around here
for either one is from $2.00 to $10.00, depending on condition).
I'll keep my eyes open for either one, If you don't want the second I'll
keep 'em for myself anyway :-).
I'll have to check on that Rhino, sounds like something I'd be interested
in.  They have put out some pretty good stuff.  (Some even getting pretty
collectable, like my vinyl copy of "Beatlesongs" with the Chapman cover).
