Best wishes, ALAN !

AL> Oh okay. I guess I mean C++. What the diff between TC++ and C++?
AL> I'm sure I learnt some of one of them, but I don't recall which one as

Khmmm :) You understood my english ! Great :)))
There is nothing difficult. Borland Int. creates his apps. very nice for
edication. Pack includes nice enviroument with powerful context help system
with examples. It's good, but at first steps...
Well, there is more libruares in TC++ against C++ of other companies. So,
you already have graphics libruary, libruary for working in text mode. But
functions in this libs are slow and in most time unuseble. So, I use always
my own functions for output to displaying device.
Another bad factor in using this additional functions - uncompatibles.
So, if you want to compile your program with WATCOM compiler, you should
re-write additional functions (such us "clrscr()"). And you can forget dream
to compile under WATCOM program wich uses BGI (Borland Graphics Interface).
But under Windows many OOP classes may be wonderful. For example, it is
ObjectWindows (like Turbo Vision) Libruary, which helps to develope interface
simply. No flexiblity, but you don't need it in this case...
ASM>> Strong and POWERFUL apps. for:
ASM>> DOS (DOS4GW)
ASM>> OS/2 WATCOM C++ V.11.0
AL> Hey, this one looks good. Are there any SW versions around? Or
AL> maybe it is freeware high hopes...
Hmmm. What do you mean under "SW" ? Shareware ? Do you now, where lays
pay-free cheese ? Of course, in mouse-catching machine :))
