FAQ .. 'RingTries 10' or so in binkley.cfg will fix that, even with v2.50. 
Bink regards any incoming non-CONNECT line during dialout as if it were a
'RINGING' line, and the default for RingTries is 3 or 4.  Everyone with a
Rockwell modem with S95 setup to give full responses has run into this one.
