I use Word 97 to create problem sets for my students. I merge the data for 
each student with a prepared template. I am having one small problem, in that 
the only way that I can get the class designation to print, is to duplicate 
the it in every record. So it would look like it does below.
Drafting   Tom Jones 13 45 556 12 11
Drafting   Fred Marr 15 34 237 19 31
Drafting   Bill Harry 14 31 412 23 45
Is there any way to have the "Drafting" entry only once in the Data Source?
