they could have release at least the source code...
but they left with the money (a lot of from the old os2 users),
i believe that frauds of this kind should be prosecuted ath the full
extent by the laws

it's incredible to me that fraudolent software houses get money
from users and after a small period of time they disappear or 
chease any support/development
this should be regulated with special laws
