        We needed to have Tam on a very small dosage of Rittalin for the 
irst
few months that we homeschooled, but have not needed it sence.  By being able
to sit right beside her and refocus her attention each time it wandered, she
has made great progress in learning to focus.  She needed that immedeate
feedback.
