Not necessarily. Maybe make it more difficult. You have the
right to be married even if you are hospitalized. As to
marriage, that would be a matter of state law.
I could well imagine refusing marriage on the basis that the
person is clearly not in his right mind...that would be a given.
However, there are a lot of strange state laws.
