Ok. I think that I was not very clear. The older file should be backed up
to a "OLD" file and the newer version copied over it. The difference in
versions will cause problems with any DOS/Windows program that attempts to
attach itself to the TCP/IP stack that OS/2 creates when the Dial Other
Internet Providers is started.

You will need these in order for a Windows program to use the stack from
/2.

In-joy does not start up a windows based TCP/IP stack and uses the windows
stack from OS/2 for that function.
