My version is 5.5.7.1. I bought my burner a few years ago and the program came
with it. I did check and there is a feature to backup the hard drive. The
problem I have with backing it up now (should have done it a long time ago) is
that it will restore the same problem I'm having now. To fix this problem I
will most likely have to either uninstall and reinstall all of my programs or
just do a reformat. I hate doing either of them because then I'll have to go in
and reconfig everything too. :-(

I've already posted my problem in a couple place and nobody ever heard of it
happening, let alone knows how to fix it. :-(
