Answering msg from Kerry Vaughan to All, on Tuesday February 27 1996 at 15:03 KV> I have a Netcomm 1234E Automodem that seems to be stuck in KV> the auto answer mode, it has a block of dip switches KV> on the back with a title under them of " Option Settings " KV> all of the switches are in the up position. Hi Kerry, Although from memory one of those switches does force auto-answer on, if they are up then you can control it with software. Go into terminal mode and type the following: ATZ ATS0=0 AT&W That should fix it. Cheers. ---* Origin: Jelly-Bean software development, Melbourne AUST.
