What are you talking about? What's wrong with seeing bodies? Someone has to 
be a little sick to like that trust me. And it doesn't make a difference 
anyway. Wrong buddy. They do have blood. Except it's more realistic than DOOM 
or Duke Nukem where blood flies everywhere. It just stains their clothing 
like they are bleeding, which is much more realistic. Now writhing in agony 
they do do. First they have one where they grip their mouths and slowly die. 
Another they just stand still for a second and fall to their knees and then 
they fall on the ground dead. Now if that's not realistic then I don't know 
what is!
