When I read your note, i was as mystified as you, but as it happens, I was 
watching the News (Fr 2) yesterday night, and there was this guy whose son 
was disappointed at not being able to get into the Hard Rock Cafe (closed by 
orders of the Prefet). the guy said to his son "Never mind, we can go to 
Planet Hollywood".
From that, I would assume that it is the way chicken is prepared in that 
restaurant chain, and that if you live anywhere near Paris (which judging by 
your Origin, you do), you might be able to find out for yourself what it 
tastes like. :-))
