Hi Ray

I have successfully formatted a 160g external 2.5" USB drive w/ fat32 
using Partition Magic 5 and then used DFsee to correct the geometry and 
"volumize" it, etc.. My nest step was going to be trying the same 
process on an internal 250g but I've been diverted.
