Doesnt prove much Steve, relatively crude kludges like V32terbo MUST
work some of the time or they wouldnt have got out into the field at all.

And THOSE users HAVE to be using modems that KNOW about V32terbo.
The problem with those kludges hacked on later is the effect on
the body of modems out in the field already which know nothing
about the kludge. THATS when kludges can bite.

Notice you dont get that problem with V34 itself, its session negotiation
is robust enough to coexist with V32bis properly because its been designed
to do that properly with a decent robust design, not a crude kludge.
