I think that those who are running for office are going to ignore tough
questions and latch on to those things that are going to make a "feel good"
kind of impression on the voters, as in "See what I'm doing (or would like
to be doing) for YOU" kind of stuff.
I was in a conversation last night about a bunch of other issues, and
they're doing exactly the same sort of thing here in PA, with regard to
Workman's Comp. If you work for a company that uses it (and most do), you
_don't_ have the right to sue them if you're covered by WC in that particular
situation...
