Nope......  If the s/w has been installed under Win 3.1x then I would suggest 
re-installing it under Win-OS/2, however if only one or two .exe/.dll are 
used then copy these files into \os2\mdos\winos2 or \os2\mdos\winos2\system 
as appropriate, copy the .grp and .ini that is in \windows directory to 
\os2\mdos\winos2, edit progman.ini in same directory to add the .grp name in 
the same style as others.
Again the easiest is to reinstall under Win-OS2.
