Because RAR has authenticity verification, and runs under OS/2.  You don't
have to get WinRAR; just look for an UNRAR program (they're out there).

If you'll wait, I'm going to be rehatching these back out in ZIP due to
other technical difficulties (you're not the first one to say something to
me).  Right now, I have two very badly hurting teeth that can't get yanked
until next week, so my activities are a little limited.  I'll probably do
it tomorrow on my day off.
