I set &B2 &T5 \T10 \X0 #A0 #B0 #C0 #K0 %D5 %E1  as well as the ones
you have selected except that I'm using \V1 not \V9.

You might want to set the %L to a more reasonable level than -13dbm - %L10
or %L11 should be nearer the mark.  I was getting 26400 and 24000 connects
to another M34F but now get 28800 connects since we both shifted to %L11.

Setting %L11 or %L10 may help here.
