From: Ellen K. Personally I prefer to deal with people as individuals, and I believe most Americans would do the same if for example a Muslim person is hired at their workplace or whatever. But there are great stretches of the country where people have never met a Muslim person, so all they have to go on are the public statements of the Muslim clerics and political leaders to the effect that they are at war with the non-Muslim world -- if the leadership of a group says they are at war with you, why would you not believe them? This is a lot different than someone ELSE accusing a group of such a thing. For the record, I find the suggestion to somehow physically identify Muslims reprehensible.
