I thought you were talking about Chavez.

I believe term limits are a good tool to prevent abuse of power, especially
in a republic.  I recall old career politician Fritz Hollings saying 'we
have term limits, it's called THE VOTE.'

Our gubmint, for all it's warts, still amazes me in the founding father's
genius.  Warts to me being size and tax limits without considerable
blockades to prevent growth in either.
