Here is how you do it. Throw out table1 (which lists the crops)
-- you don't need it.
Set up a report with the following:
Header:------------------------------
GROWER CROP
Detail:------------------------------
=1= =CROP1=
=2= =CROP2=
=3= =CROP3=
=4= =CROP4=
=5= =CROP5=
Footer:------------------------------
-------------------------------------
Where "=CROPx=" is the field with your crop fields.
The following fields are explained:
1 - GROWER
2 - IIF([CROP2]>"",[GROWER],"")
3 - IIF([CROP3]>"",[GROWER],"")
4 - IIF([CROP4]>"",[GROWER],"")
5 - IIF([CROP5]>"",[GROWER],"")
All fields (including the Detail section) have the 'Can shrink'
field set to YES. Make sure to move the fields and size the
Detail area so there are no blank lines at the top or bottom
of the Detail area.
Party on!
... Capt'n! The modem canna keep up this speed much longer!
